Processing, Rates and Estimates

- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, these may vary if the location is considered remote or outside metro areas. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping to Non-Metro Areas

- Additional Charges: Orders shipped to addresses outside metropolitan areas may incur additional charges. These charges will be calculated and you will be notified on how to cover any additional charges relating to remote shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note, parcels are not covered by insurance and compensation is generally at the digression of the courier service, as such, we always recommend orders be picked up.

Breakages

- Prevention: We take great care in packaging your items to prevent breakages. However, if an item arrives broken, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

- Claims: We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund. Please note, parcels are not covered by insurance and compensation is generally at the digression of the courier service, as such, we always recommend orders be picked up.

Returns Policy

- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt at the cost of the customer. Items that are damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
