It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase and clearly understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, shipping and returns. Should you have any other queries please call or email us to discuss.

Payment:

We accept payments via Stripe or direct bank transfer.

Shipping:

We intend to ship all placed orders within 1-5 Business days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately to discuss the projected delivery date.

Please allow up to seven working days for delivery within Australia and fourteen working days for international deliveries.

Within Australia, we use a courier service via Sendle. For your peace of mind, all deliveries can be tracked each step of their journey.

Internationally we may use TNT, DHL and UPS express couriers.

Free delivery is for Metro locations only. If you live within regional areas of Australia or Internationally we reserve the right to charge a postage price to your order if it exceeds our free postage allowance.

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses as these are controlled by a service outside our service offering.

Returns:

In the event that the product does not meet your expectations it must be returned, unused within 7 days of receiving the goods. Postage and handling is at the customers cost and is non-refundable, however you will receive a full refund of purchase price.

In the unforeseen event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition the faulty goods must be returned and we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund including postage and handling.

We hope you won’t have to return your Frank&Fur product, but in the event you do, please email us at admin@frankandfur.com.au to explain the situation. If you qualify for a refund we will give you instructions on how to proceed.

Missing Parts:

We have tight quality control measures in place, but in the unlikely event you discover a part is missing we will dispatch a replacement part immediately. Please review your instructions to locate the name of the missing part and email admin@frankandfur.com.au and let us know.

Change or Cancellation of Orders:

Orders are processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery, so we regret that cancelling or changing your order is only possible if we receive your request by phone or email within 24 hours placing your original order.

No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.

Privacy Policy:

At Frank&Fur we will respect your privacy at all times.

All customer details collected by this site will be kept in the strictest confidence and will never be sold to or used by a third party.
